My workshop: 2018-2019 Kitchenaid partner school!

I’m so happy and moved to be in the 2018-2019 Kitchenaid catalog, which I’ve loved since I was a teenager, as the brand ambassador in France!!! 
And that my workshop is a partner cooking school and referenced as such! I remind you that the workshop is available for rent at an unbeatable price in Paris. It is located at the metro line 11 : Mairie des Lilas. For more information: contact@lacuisinedebernard.com

The workshop is a 3-4 minute walk from the metro. It is 100m2 and has a checkroom entrance, toilets and washbasin, a large kitchen fully equipped with public and professional equipment. A large room of 70m2 is perfect to accommodate students with a resting area/library of cookbooks.
You can accommodate up to a dozen students for a class. We can go beyond the surface for another marketing operation. 


 The place is equipped with : 

  • 1 refrigerator/freezer 
  • 3 water points 
  • 1 checkroom with washbasin 
  • 1 large table for 14 people 
  • a sitting area with a library of cookbooks

  • 13 artisan robots (1 pro, 3 mini, 9 classic) 
  • 3 blenders 
  • 1 blender 
  • 1 revolving heat oven 
  • 1 combined steam oven 
  • 1 microwave oven 
  • 1 dishwasher

  • 1 extractor hood 
  • 1 cooling cell plate 30×40 
  • 1 vacuum chamber machine

  •  3 crepe makers diameter 40cm

The workshop is also equipped with professional equipment: 

  • 1 professional 6-level oven with 60×40 baking trays (allowing for example the simultaneous baking of 378 macaroon shells!) 
  • 1 cooling cell 5 levels plates 60×40 
  • 1 professional Swid premium immersion heater and a 28l GN1/1 stainless steel tank 


But also of all the necessary material. Ask me, I’m sure I have the utensil you need (pots, pans, pans, circles, spatulas, whisks, professional chocolate molds, chocolate guitar, cake and cookie cutters, plunger funnel, woks and 7 individual gas stoves, microplane zesters, hand blender etc.).
