I just posted the first video of the mini-series on homemade chocolate, from the bean to the bar, from my book « Je fais mon chocolat maison » published by Solar and prefaced by Christophe Michalak. It is available again in bookstores from May 11 and at least on Fnac HERE. We will first see the roasting of the beans.
